Selling physical products with Facebook Ads is tough.  Chris is a guy who bought one of my courses on how to to this, (Gearbubble Course), and he’s been following it to a tee.  He’s taking action but he hasn’t been getting any results yet, (ie sales).  So the other day in the PPC Coach Facebook group, (https://www.facebook.com/groups/ppccoachgroup), I suggested the people who are not really getting sales yet on their test campaigns make a switch from PPE, (page post engagement) campaign objective, to “Conversions” campaign objective and to optimize for the “View Content” event.  (If that sounds like Chinese to you, I apologize).  Anyhow Chris took my advice and got his first sale!

I love first sale posts almost more than beer!

(Ok that’s not true, but it’s a close second).  The key point is things change a lot on Facebook.  What worked in the past might not be as effective now.  SO we have to constantly experiment and adjust.  My experiment with my own tests produced the advice I gave to the group and Chris is an action taker who jumped on it!  So congrats to him on his first and I’m pumped because these posts in the group really get me fired up.  (So much so that I shot a quick video to explain it more).

Here’s the last webinar in the series!  In this one we talk about physical product sales and the exact system I use in my own business.  You can start from zero and make it work.  One of my favorite topics, (that I cover in the webinar), is mindset.  We all have doubts, we all have some kind of negative belief system that holds us back, I talk about how to conquer that.  Finally I covered the value of a coach or mentor.

I was happy to do this free series and so far we have raised over $2,000 for Cancer research through donations to the Terry Fox Foundation.   Enjoy the free training and I wish you all success in your Facebook Ads efforts!

This is week 3 of my 4 week training program. You can view the previous weeks right here on the PPC Coach blog.  In this hour long training sessions I finish up the local lead generation campaign and start the preparation mode for the physical product sales.  I do move pretty quickly through some segments but you can pause the video at any point and carry on while you’re doing your own campaigns.

Please post any questions or comments you have!

This is week 2 of 4 and in this webinar, Facebook Ads For Beginners, I think I went a bit too advanced to be honest.  I got some feedback saying people were getting a little confused and realized that I might have moved a bit too quickly.  I love doing these and teaching people and sometimes I get excited and want to show TOO MUCH at once.  So in this one I was showing ad account creation, page creation, funnel for the local yoga studio, ad campaign and I even created the video used in the ad right on the webinar live!  Looking back I should have broken that out into more webinars.  But hey that’s how you learn right!

So this one focuses on local business promotion, (lead generation), the next one is going to finish that up and then show some ecommerce methods that I use daily.  Oh and if you missed the first webinar, it’s here:

See you in week 3 next Wednesday at 3:00 pm est.

So this is a new one for me.  I have a course on how to sell products using Facebook Ads.  It’s called “GB Course” which stands for “Gearbubble Course”.    Gearbubble is the print on demand company owned by Don Wilson.  It’s awesome and you can sell products online without having to worry about any inventory, no printing, no shipping and most importantly NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.  Gearbubble handles all that heavy lifting so you can focus on creating awesome designs and marketing them on Facebook.  I’ve been doing this for years and it’s one of my primary income streams.

Anyhow, this morning I had not one but two people who bought the course back in June and re-bought it yesterday!  They got so excited that they forgot they bought.  Now this is good but it’s also kind of bad.  A lot of course buyers online are so excited when they see something new, they buy it and are pumped.  Then they forget the most important part, actually taking action!  IF you buy a course and don’t take any action on it, you should not be buying another at all until you fix that problem.  I see this a lot unfortunately and while it is nice that they got that excited, it’s also frustrating to me.

Anyhow check out the video and let me know what you think!  If you want to see the course, click the button below.

Here is the webinar replay from my Facebook ads for beginners series.  This is the first one of 4.  If you want to sign up still, you can here:

In this webinar there’s 3 main things covered to get us all on the same page.  In the next couple webinars there is going to be some over the should training and I’m always taking suggestions too.  If you have something you want covered, please post it in the comments or email me.  I want to make this the most complete free Facebook Ad training for beginners out there.

Enjoy and feel free to share this too.

I get this question a lot.  Some people are afraid to post things “Too Early”.  Well I’ve got news for you, with shipping times and making sure people get their products well  in advance for the holiday seasons, you should be doing this NOW.  The run from September to January of each year is always the biggest and best in ecommerce.  So you should start planning and start promoting things today.  Don’t put this off.

You don’t want to be “that guy” who sees a bunch of “ugly Christmas” sweaters killing it in December and know you totally missed the boat.  Start NOW and you’ll be very happy you did.  Please post any questions in the comments.  Now get after it!

Need some help with Facebook ads and not sure what to do?  What if I had a 4 week live training program starting up August 16th, 2017?  Would that help you out?  Well today is your lucky day!

Facebook ads for beginners is a live 4 week training program that I’m offering.  Even if you can’t make the live webinars, (every Wednesday at 3:00 pm est starting August 16th, 2017), you can always view the recordings.  I want to help everyone.  I usually launch a course on how to use Facebook ads but it’s attached to a platform such as Gearbubble.com.  This live training is different.  It truely is for anyone who wants to master Facebook ads.

So this fella was feeling frustrated. He had actually taken a step, but one step is not enough. I have a strict refund policy on my courses. I will HAPPILY give one IF people show me they took action. In this case it was trying at least 10 tests before throwing in the towel. Now I know where he’s coming from as there are a lot of scammers out there online. Some guys don’t actually do what they teach! They buy a course, watch it then make their own course on how to do what was in the course they bought! That’s not how I roll. I do this stuff for a living AND teach people how to do it too.

So I know it works. But I get frustrated sometimes watching people flounder, then come up with lame excuses as to why they can’t do something. Negative beliefs are a powerful thing. I personally spent about a year in therapy after my divorce because of negative beliefs. I still fall back to those sometimes even to this day. The key is our mindset. Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you’re right! So why not just THINK you can. It makes such a massive, gigantic, life changing difference when you start believing you’re worth it, you deserve it and you’re going to get what you want. That’s when success happens.

I love this video. This guy made my day. Have a look and then ask yourself, do you have a negative belief system holding you back? Can you do anything about it? (Hint: you probably do and you most certainly CAN do something about it). Oh and here’s the course that this whole refund policy video is all about: http://ppc-coach.com/gb-course

I was bored so I decided to document how I create successful Facebook ads using the 10 pack method. I’m using manual bidding on the purchase event for all 10 of these ads and the 4 videos below document my progress throughout one 12 hour period of time. Check them out and if you have any questions, post them in the comments or on our free Facebook group. Enjoy!

Video 1 of 4 :: Introduction

Video 2 of 4 :: First Update

Video 3 of 4 :: Pausing Ad Sets

Video 4 of 4 :: The Winner

As you can see I ended up with 3 ad sets left. That’s typical. Of those 3, 1 is definitely a winner and I am going to scale this budget over the next week or so. This is how you do manual bidding on Facebook. You don’t just launch ONE ad and cross your fingers. You have to launch lots of ads to find winners. That should be the key takeaway from this. Yes I used a purchase lookalike audience in these videos, but you can do it with interest based targeting as well.

Hope you enjoyed the walkthrough. I enjoyed doing it. Facebook ads can be conquered if you approach it with systems and methods like this one. This is one of several that I use in my campaigns. My suggestion is take what you’ve seen and create your own experiments as well. Then document them and it helps tremendously.
